This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 379, 436, 447 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation, in brief, is that 100-150 unknown persons ransacked the looted the shop of the informant.
Submission is that one jet pump and exide battery of inverter has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, therefore, he has been implicated in this case. Except that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and another co-accused, Surendra Yadav, from whose possession recovery was also made was admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioner has clean antecedent.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances,
