2 21-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No.89 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission is that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case also and the petitioner was also assaulted and injury was caused to him and he has clean antecedent and is in custody since 01.02.2018.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Raju Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
