Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S.Case No. 92 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201/34 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that petitioner, wife of the deceased, was having illicit affair with one Raj Ballabh Kumar Rai and on account of that due to conspiracy, her husband was killed by Raj Ballabh Kumar Rai and others.
It is contended that petitioner is the wife of the deceased and suspicion is raised against her regarding conspiracy that she got her husband killed by Raj Ballabh Kumar Rai, besides this, another material against the petitioner is of her confessional statement, however, Raj Ballabh Kumar Rai has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 16825 of 2018 and the petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2017,

for the last one year.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sudha Devi, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 92 of 2017.
