The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Pupri P.S.Case No. 124 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 353, 323, 224, 225 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is no specific allegation made in the FIR against the petitioners and all the other offences except Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code are bailable in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners, who are ladies having no criminal antecedents, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each
