The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case no. 192 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act-1981.
The petitioner is said to have been apprehended with the bluetooth attached with the mobile phone on frisking at the gate of examination centre in the course of appearing in the examination of constable.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner has used any unfair means in the aforesaid examination nor brought the said device in the

examination hall rather the same was taken from him at the gate of the examination centre. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 23.10.2017.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case no. 192 of 2017.
