Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in
view of letter No.4151 dated 22.09.2015 (Annexure-C to the show-cause) passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed further in the matter. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is dropped.
