In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this MJC application is allowed. The First Appeal No.629 of 1978 is restored to its original file.
The learned counsel, Mr. Md. Sufiyan, undertakes he will file a fresh Vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant who are petitioner in this MJC application within one month and after Vakalatnama will be filed within the aforesaid period, the name of the Advocate shall be printed in the daily cause list whenever the First Appeal will be listed. Prayer is allowed.
