2 19-01-2017 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Dhirendra Kumar for the petitioner.
Perused the impugned order dated 22.10.2016 passed by Sub Judge VI, Samastipur in Title Suit No.219 of 2010 whereby the learned Court below has allowed the amendment application filed by the plaintiffs-respondents finding that the amendment application filed by the plaintiffs is on the basis of subsequent changed circumstances.
Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous application is dismissed.
