Perused the impugned order dated 24.10.2016 passed
by Sub Judge-IIIrd, Danapur, Patna in Title Suit No. 17 of 2008, whereby the learned court below has dismissed the application dated 27.05.2014 on the ground that it was not pressed by the petitioner.
In view of the above fact that the application has been dismissed as not pressed. There is no question of interference by the High Court in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction arises.

Thus, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order and, accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous application is dismissed.
