It appears that this matter was disposed of in pursuance of Award of the Lok Adalat. However, the statutory amount, which was deposited by the insurer while filing this appeal, was remitted back in the name of Motor Vehicles Accident Tribunal, Darbhanga, which should have been in the name of one of the claimants Subhdhi Devi. The Tribunal has returned the draft by letter dated 10.08.2018 for necessary order.
Let the draft be cancelled and the statutory amount be remitted back through cheque in the name of Subhdhi Devi.
