submitted that the representation of the petitioner shall be considered and disposed off.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, copy of which is Annexure-1 series to the present writ application, expeditiously and within a maximum period of two months from the date of production of a copy of the order before him.

If any consequential benefits, including payment of money to him is required, the same shall also be given within the next one month.
