At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to withdraw this interlocutory application in order to challenge the order passed by the Incharge Officer, Finance (P.C.F.C.) Department vide memo no.909(21) by which the respondent no.4 has been directed to recover the excess amount drawn by the petitioner by filing another writ application in this regard.
