3 25-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off to enable him to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 30.11.2009 by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Sheikhpura in Appeal No. 235 of 2009.

Learned counsel for the State does not object.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

No. 63 of 2014 dated 01.09.2016 in the case of Renu Kumari and others vs. The State of Bihar and others , expeditiously and latest within a period of four months from the date of filing of the appeal.
