13 of the writ petition, the matter is pending consideration before the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Writ Petition (Civil) No.99/2017 ( Rai Sabyasachi and another vs. Union of India & Ors) and once we are satisfied that the matter is pending consideration before the Supreme Court, exercise of parallel jurisdiction in this writ petition is not called for. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
