enquiry, arising out of Mahila (Sheikhpura) Police Station Case No. 93 of 2017, was extended up to 30th September, 2017.
The Principal Member, Juvenile Justice Board, Sheikhpura, by letter, dated 22.08.2017, has sought extension by one month for completion of enquiry.
The said period of one month has already elapsed. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
