3 04-05-2017 The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.11.2012 passed by Ms Noor Sultana, Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Trial No 2930 of 2014 arising out of Complaint Case No 2528 of 2011 whereby process has been issued against the petitioner after taking cognizance against the petitioner under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has already concluded and seeks permission to withdraw the application. Permission is granted.
