The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 549 of 2011 dated 21.10.2011, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 720 of 2012 instituted for the offences under Sections 307, 386 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/5 of the Explosive Substances Act.

A bomb was hurled at the shop of the informant, perhaps for intimidating him. During the course of investigation one Manoj Sahani is said to have been arrested who disclosed the name of the petitioner and one Lalbabu Sahni as having participated in the occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that aforesaid Manoj Sahni and Lalbabu Sahni have been

granted bail by different Benches of this Court.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Taking into account the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and the person who has named him during the course of investigation has been granted bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him.

In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner/s above named is/are directed to be released on bail on his/their furnishing bail bond/s in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6^th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Town P.S. Case No. 549 of 2011, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 720 of 2012.
