The case of the prosecution is that co-accused Surendra Das was fleeing away after stealing the motorcycle and during the course thereof, he was apprehended by the villagers and in his confessional statement, he has named the petitioner herein.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and the main accused, namely, Surendra Das, who has named the petitioner in his confessional statement, has already been granted regular bail by

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 138 of 2014.
