Sessions Judge IV, Patna, has informed that Sessions Trial No. 147 of 2014 is likely to be concluded within four months, if the prosecution and the defence extend desired cooperation.
As the trial is at the advance stage, this application is being disposed of with an observation that if the trial is not concluded within four months from the date of communication of the present order, the petitioner shall be at liberty renew his prayer for bail.
