Case No. 85 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses. The Court hopes and trusts that the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the informant will advise their respective clients to enter into amicable settlement of their dispute, as they are Gotia and belong to the same branch.
