The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with
Raxaul P.S. Case No. 142 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) A/26 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is said to have been apprehended at the Nepal Border armed with a country made pistol along with a live cartridge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is languishing in jail since 07.07.2016 and has already been sufficiently punished at the moment. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular

Case No. 142 of 2016.
