This is a case registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that his name has been disclosed by a co-accused who has been apprehended with stolen motorcycle. He further submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 09.09.2016. He also submits that the petitioner is accused in some other cases also.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/-
