The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Town (Aurangabad) P.S. Case no. 150 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411 and 120-B of the IPC and 3 and 6 of the Bihar Mineral Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation and Storage Rules 2003.
In course of patrolling, the police party intercepted a truck unloading stone chips. The police party arrested the driver and on interrogation he neither disclosed the name of owner nor produced any paper to justify the legal transportation of stone chips.
