The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajgir PS case no. 104 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 414/34 of Indian Penal Code.
It has been alleged that the petitioner was trying to sell stolen bikes and while he was standing at Pandit more, Rajgir, the police apprehended him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, no recovery has been made from his conscious possession, petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.05.2017.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on
