The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 of the Arms Act.
Allegedly, the petitioner was caught after chase and from his possession one country made single barrel katta and 3 cartridges were recovered.
Submission is of false implication and that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 07.05.2016, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and as such the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.
Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
In the facts and circumstances stated above, at present,
this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail,

accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
However, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after remaining six months in custody from the date of his remand in this case.
