No one appears for the O.P. No. 3 pursuant to the notices issued in instant case. Mr. Ramadhar Shekhar appears for the O.P. No. 2 and submits that O.P. No. 3 Chandra Kumari enjoying a married life with the accused and they have also been blessed with a female child.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, no useful purpose would be served by continuing the proceeding further in the case.
Accordingly, the entire proceedings arising out of Daraunda P.S. Case No. 108 of 2013 are quashed.
The instant petition is allowed.
