Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435 of the Indian Penal Code, 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.
Some unknown extremists committed arson and ablazed the Airtel Tower. The miscreants were making slogans of Zindabad taking name of the individuals including the petitioner that is why the petitioner is accused in this case.
No eye-witness has supported the allegation that the petitioner was also present at the time of occurrence as informed by the learned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2016 and has

stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Aurangabad/successor Court in connection with Salaiya Police Station Case No. 34 of 2014.
