2 14-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P. P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted with farsa causing injury at the head of the brother of the informant. The doctor had found lacerated wound on the fore-head of the injured. The petitioner is in custody since 7.11.2016. There is no allegation of repetition of blow.
In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 424 of 2016.
