2 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the simple nature of injury as also the fact that four other co-accused, namely, Satyendra Mistri, Pinku Mistri, Damodar Mistri and Pankaj Mistri have already

been granted pre-arrest bail by different orders passed by this Court, the above named petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C., in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today.
