Counsel for the petitioners relies upon the document dated 21.02.2013 Annexure 5 to show that because they have filed complaint against the informant , she has instituted the case against them. He also relies upon the enquiry report dated 06.08.2012 Annexure 7 and from perusal of the said report, it is not apparent that the same has been instituted or enquired at the behest of the petitioners. The document dated 21.02.2013, Annexure 5 which is the complaint filed by one of the petitioners is subsequent to the first information report dated 28.03.2012 which formed the basis of criminal proceedings against the petitioners. Thus, it cannot be said that the instant case is a counter blast to the complaint dated

From perusal of the FIR it is apparent that the allegation of demand of Rangdari and other allegations have been made. Hence the order taking cognizance cannot be said to be bad in law. The instant petition is therefore, devoid of merit and is accordingly dismissed.
