4/ 11-12-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 31.03.2014 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in Brahampur P.S. Case No.332 of 2013, by which the learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 504 Indian Penal Code.
A report was called for from the Court below about the current status of the case, which has been received.
It has been mentioned in the report of the Court below that the case is, now, pending for evidence.
In view of such, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned Court below.
