Considering the facts aforesaid, nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 2½ months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2017.
