On going through the order dated 06.01.2016, it appears that at least on two occasions the petitioner defaulted in appearing on call. I do not find adequate reasons to allow the application. It is dismissed.
Dismissal of this application shall, however, not preclude the petitioner from filing a fresh writ petition if the cause survives.
