to be restored to its original file as against respondent No.3 subject
to the petitioners complying with the order dated 11.8.2011 passed
by this Court in the said writ petition within a period of two weeks
from today, if not already complied.
The restoration application is, accordingly, allowed
subject to the aforesaid condition.
Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State, CWJC No. 4443 of 2009 is directed to be restored to its original file as against respondent No.3 subject to the petitioners complying with the order dated 11.8.2011 passed by this Court in the said writ petition within a period of two weeks from today, if not already complied.
The restoration application is, accordingly, allowed subject to the aforesaid condition.
