Learned counsel, Sri Gopal Krishna, Junior to learned Counsel Sri Rajnandan Prasad on behalf of the State Finance Corporation (O.P. No. 1 & 2) files supplementary show cause. After perusal of the same, it is evident from Para 3 thereof that order has already been complied with by way of making payment relating to post retrial benefits. Accordingly, instant petition is dropped. |
