It was submitted by learned counsel for the Respondent no.5 that the petitioner was the second wife of the deceased employee, whereas Respondent no.5 is the son of the first wife of the deceased employee. He submits that the petitioner has already solemnized marriage with other person.
Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution..
