The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents for mutation of his name with respect to the lands in question, fully detailed in paragraph 1 of the writ petition. In the present case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.4, wherein it has been stated in paragraph 6 that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed and the lands in question has been mutated in the name of the petitioner.
In view of the assertion made in the aforesaid counter affidavit, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
