Since petitioner has an invalid degree, which is not equivalent to a graduate degree, which is Sahitaya Alankar from Hindi Vidyapeeth, he cannot claim any benefit or promotion on the basis of that degree. Law is already settled in this regard in the case of Reeta Shrivastava v. the State of Bihar & others, reported in 2012(3) PLJR 353.
Writ is dismissed.
