2 20-09-2016 Heard. The present writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the Case No. 22 of 2005-06 pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Forbesganj.
The learned AC to GA-4 appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 4, by referring to the averments made in the counter-affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 4, submits that the aforesaid case has already been disposed of by the respondent S.D.O., Forbesganj by order dated 21.8.2012 (Annexure-A to the aforesaid counter-affidavit).
The facts pleaded in the aforesaid counter-affidavit have not been controverted by the petitioner, though a copy of the aforesaid counter-affidavit was served upon the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on 12.4.2016.
In view of the averments made in the aforesaid counter-

affidavit, not controverted by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition has become infructuous, as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
In above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
