Mr. D.V.Pathy, learned counsel for the petitioner
seeks permission to withdraw these three writ applications with liberty to take recourse to the statutory remedy of appeal.
The writ applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought.
In case the appeals are filed within a period of four weeks from today along with applications for condonation of delay in filing the same, then the appellate authority shall consider the same keeping in view the fact that the petitioner was pursuing its remedy before this Court.
