Mr. Srivastava has drawn attention of the Court to the
averments made in para-9 wherefrom it appears that the

respondents later found that the subject land is the land owned by the petitioner under sale deed.
In the light of the aforesaid statement made in the counter affidavit, Mr. Srivastava submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
The writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
