4 08-12-2016 This application has been listed at the instance of the petitioner for effecting corrections with respect to the plot in the order dated 26.08.2016 by which the writ application was disposed of.
Referring to the supplementary affidavit filed in the case, it has been pointed out that apart from plot number 604 of the same village measuring 28 decimals has also been illegally filled up by the respondent for construction of the road. It is stated that in the said order said plot has not been mentioned.
I have perused the supplementary affidavit. Considering the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 26.08.2016 is modified to the effect that in 4th paragraph at page-1 of the said order, plot no. 604 of Khata No. 17 of village- Chechaul measuring 28 decimals shall also be added/read.
The order dated 26.08.2016 is modified/clarified to that
effect only.
