Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel for the
State.
This case relates to appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika. A claim has been made by the petitioner that the mother-inlaw of the respondent no.7 is a Member of Panchayat Samiti. In terms of Rule 4.8 of the Guideline, 2011, if the mother-in-law is a member of Panchayat Samiti, the candidate will not be considered for the appointment as Anganwari Sevika and, thus, the respondent no.7 stands excluded from consideration on the post of Anganwari Sevika

but, the petitioner has straightway approached this Court without exhausting the remedy in terms of the 2011 Guideline for appointment of Anganwari Sevika.
Let the petitioner should file an application before the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai who, after giving due notice to the persons concerned, shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
