peacefully possess his land and able to plant the crops. The petitioner relies upon an order passed in earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner being CrWJC No.1198 of 2015, which was withdrawn to submit an appropriate representation before the District Level Security Committee, West Champaran.
In terms of such representation filed, the District Level Security Committee, West Champaran at Bettiah, has decided that the petitioner shall be provided police security at the time of plantation and harvesting of crops after mutual co-ordination of Sub-Divisional Officer, Sikta, and the Station House Officer, Kangali Police Station.
In view of the said fact, no further order is called for.
In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of.
