The petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 27.10.2014 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 67 of 2014 by the Sessions Judge, West Champaran by which he has affirmed the order dated 08.09.2014 passed by the learned Juvenile Justice Board, Bettiah in J.J.B Trial No. 470 of 2014 arising out of Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 6 of 2014.
It appears from the report of the Superintendent of Police that steps have been taken for examination of the witnesses.
In view of such, I find no reasons to release the petitioner. Hence the prayer is rejected.
The S.P. West Champaran, Bettiah is directed to ensure examination of all the witnesses within a period of next three months so that the enquiry can be concluded.
