counsel for the State.
The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Marauna P.S. Case No. 30 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42256 of 2014.
It is contended that though the petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2014, no witness has been examined in support of the prosecution till date.
Regard being had to the undue delay caused in
