It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation, the petitioner was arrested showing recovery of one loaded country-made pistol and two cartridges, whereas, the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 26-08-2015.
Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer for bail.
However, keeping in view the nature of accusation,

Case no. 390 of 2015.
