The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kaler P.S. Case No.36 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is stated that both the parties are residents of the same village. The allegation is that co-accused Virendra Ram assaulted informant with Garasa on the head of the victim whereas co-accused Upendra Ram and Kauslendra Ram assaulted the informant with lathi. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he was also brand sting lathi in the occurrence. It is further stated that there allegation of assault to the informant by the petitioner attributed in the FIR. The

informant received only one injury on the head which was found to be simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Kaler P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. The petitioner shall appear on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in presence on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall have liberty to cancel his bail bond.
