2 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
Five litres of countrymade wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is under custody since 29.09.2016. From para-3 of the petition, it is apparent that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioner Sikil Malli is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.153/2016.
