This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. The earlier bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 4577 of 2013 dated 19.02.2013 and 10723 of 2014 dated 11.02.2015.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that out of nine, seven witnesses have already been examined.
I find no ground for reconsidering the bail of the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
